The Classic Slam has never been just a competition—it’s an opportunity for students to speak their truth and find their community. Witness the magic of creativity (and the culmination of countless rough drafts and slam practices…) from 6-9pm at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre on April 20.
World renowned judges include award-winning poets Rudy Francisco and Yesika Salgado, co-founder of Dynasty Typewriter Jamie Flam, CAA Executive Dennis St. Rose, and actress & star of the hit TV showAll American: Homecoming, Geffri Maya.
