The IDA Documentary Awards is the world’s most prestigious event dedicated to the documentary genre, celebrating the best nonfiction films and programs of the year. It seeks to represent excellence in the documentary field from around the world by emerging and established documentarians.
The # IDADocAwards jurors consist of nearly 300 documentary professionals from 40+ countries, making the IDA Documentary Awards the most prestigious, longest-running international awards show dedicated to the documentary genre. Audio documentaries are also welcome!

**IDA Member Voting is for Best Feature and Best Short Documentary categories only. All other category winners are selected by blue-ribbon juries.
