Golden Globe Foundation Members Nominated for 68th Southern California Journalism Awards

The Golden Globe Foundation congratulates members Lena Basse, Janet R. Nepales, Ruben V. Nepales and Kirpi Uimonen on their nominations for the 68th Southern California Journalism Awards presented by the Los Angeles Press Club.

This year’s finalists were selected from more than 2,700 entries recognizing outstanding journalism across print, broadcast and digital media. Winners will be announced at the 2026 SoCal Journalism Awards gala on Sunday, June 28.

Our members received nominations across multiple categories including entertainment reporting, news, personality profiles and commentary.
